These files are encoded using Real Audio in two versions for standard modems and high speed phone lines. The 28.8 versions are not bad, but a bit grainy sounding and not stereo. If you have a slow (28.8) modem (and a little time to kill) you can still hear the full fidelity ISDN versions by setting the Real Audio Player buffer prefs to about 2 minutes allowing a sizable portion of the file to load before it plays. If you need the Real Audio Player plug-in, you can get it from Real Networks Inc.  If you use the AOL web browser or if you have trouble installing the Player, go to the tech suport faq page.
